1st MEXICAN CONGRESS ON POSTCARDS
which will take place in Monterrey, N.L., México
August 15-17, 2008

The event will include a series of public talks (August 15-16), a
postcard exposition (August 15 to 17), and a space for buying, selling
and trading (August 17). The Museum of Mexican History located on the
"Macroplaza" of Monterrey will be the meeting venue.

Since this is the first congress of this type to be held in México, we
ask that you pass on our invitation to any other interested parties, such
as stamp collectors, postcard dealers, historians, artists and students
of the photographic and print media.

"There is a show in Omaha NE on Sat August 16 from 9-5. Address is Westside Community Conference Center at 3534 S. 108th St. It's easy to find with free admission & parking. There are lots of dealers & lots of cards & other paper goods. It's also OK to bring cards to sell to the dealers. I did that once, showing them to the show sponsor first & asking permission."
