Hermon, postcard mailed there 4 MAR 1903 to South Hanover (clear hand cancels), color postcard from Detroit Photographic, mild corner & edge wear, a little browning of the back paper with age. Writing on front explains 6 things in the scene--dormitory, chapel, science building, recitation hall, etc.--so exceptionally interesting. Please note: The printed caption on the postcard "MT. HERMON SCHOOL, SOUTHFIELD, MASS." is erroneous, necessitating the noted hand correction by the sender. Mount Hermon is nowhere near Southfield in Massachusetts. $15.00 md-m*
